I’m finally back to blogging, woo! But instead of posting here, I’m over with a guest post for Sheila at Book Journey while she’s having fun in Honduras.
If you head on over to Book Journey to read my post, you’ll learn which of these stylish young ladies, circa the mid-1990s, is me and what we’re doing. Plus, there’s a recipe for my favorite cookie in the entire world.
Happy holidays, and check back tomorrow for my first big post after being unplugged. I’m not sure what, just yet, but something 🙂

I’ll be watching for your post at Sheila’s.
bermudaonion: It’s already over there – enjoy!
Yay! I’m so glad you’re back. Reagan posted her attempt at making your cookies and I must say they look delicious! I think I’m going to make some for my party next weekend!
Ash: I just want to find Reagan’s post – that’s so fun! I hope they turn out well for you next weekend. I might end up making them for a party in a couple weeks, too.
Oooh! What a timely post… I’ve just been invited to a Christmas Cookie & Book Swap party and wasn’t sure what I’d bring. Now I do!
Steph: Awesome, I hope they work for you. They’re pretty easy, almost foolproof.
I love this photo, and your cookie tradition / recipe as shared on Book Journey! Yummmm 🙂
Erin: Thank you! The Cookie Bake is one of my favorite Christmas traditions.
My favorite part about this picture is that I am the only one with flour all over my clothes….
Also I made these cookies myself this year… they were delicious everyone loved them… but something was just not the same 🙂
Sister: You were always a messy cook 🙂 I’m going to make them in a couple of weeks, I think, since I miss them!
